DevKit Terms of Use

DevKit is also covered by Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where the two differ on anything Apple's agreement covers, Apple's agreement applies.
The agreement
By using DevKit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DevKit is published by Eonix ("we", "us"). It is licensed to you, not sold.
What you may do
Use DevKit on any device you own or control, under your Apple Account, for personal or commercial work, including work you are paid for. One purchase covers your iPhone, iPad and Mac.
What you may not do
- Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
- Redistribute, resell, rent, lease or sublicense the app
- Remove or alter any notice of ownership
Subscriptions and purchases
DevKit is free to download and includes twelve tools at no cost, with no time limit and no account.
DevKit Pro is available as:
- Monthly — billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
- Yearly — billed annually, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
- Lifetime — a single payment, no renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless you cancel first.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings, or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
If you do not use a free trial in full, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription, as Apple's terms require.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Anything you paste into DevKit stays yours. We claim no rights over it, and we never receive it: DevKit processes it on your device and makes no network requests. See the Privacy Policy.
What DevKit is not
DevKit is a developer utility. It decodes, formats and explains data you give it. It does not verify trust: decoding a token or reading a certificate tells you what is in it, not whether it should be believed. The app says so where it matters, and you should treat its output as information, not as a security decision.
Do not rely on DevKit as the only check on anything safety-critical.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of DevKit, including individual tools, and may change prices for future purchases. Changes that remove a feature you have paid for will be announced in the release notes.
Warranty and liability
DevKit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to DevKit is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep every statutory right your local law gives you.
Termination
These terms apply until terminated. They end automatically if you breach them; on termination you must stop using DevKit and delete it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own local law.
