Questions about Pro.

Is the free version really free?

Yes. Twelve tools are free forever, with no account and no time limit. You only pay if you want Pro.

How does the free trial work?

Both subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel, and each renewal is charged to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Do I have to buy Pro again on my iPad or Mac?

No. DevKit is a Universal Purchase: one purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac on the same Apple Account. If Pro does not appear on another device, use Restore Purchases in Settings.

Which plan should I choose?

A year of Pro Yearly costs 45% less than twelve months of Pro Monthly. Pro Lifetime is a single payment that never renews. All three unlock exactly the same features.

How do I cancel?

In DevKit, open Settings → Manage subscription, or use your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Why are the prices in US dollars?

These are the US App Store prices. Apple sets the price in each country, and the App Store shows yours in your own currency before you buy.
